Field Service Daily Launches an Executive Council
A working group of field-service owners and operators comparing notes on growth, profitability, and where AI actually changes daily operations.

Field Service Daily is opening applications for an executive council: a working group of field-service business owners and operators built to compare real notes on growth, margin, and where technology is actually changing daily operations, not the version of that story told in a vendor's pitch deck.
The idea started from a simple observation running this site for the past few weeks. Every operator dealing with the same labor shortage, the same margin pressure, and the same wave of AI tools is largely working out the answers alone, learning by trial and error what actually works versus what's just well-marketed. A structured group of operators comparing notes directly should get to better answers faster than any of them would get on their own.

This is a launch, not a finished roster. Nobody is a member yet. Applications open today, and our editorial team will review each one and follow up directly with the operators we invite in. Members may be asked to contribute a quote, a short interview, or a write-up for future coverage on this site, credited to them and their business, never ghostwritten or attributed without their say.
The qualification bar is real: the council is built for operators running an established business, not a startup pitch, so we're asking for a minimum of $1 million in annual revenue to apply. Beyond that, what matters most is a willingness to talk plainly about what's actually working and what isn't. Apply through the council page if that's you.
