Valsoft Buys Field-Service Platform Dispatch, Doubles Down on Contractor Networks

Valsoft's Manos Software Group acquired Dispatch, a platform that coordinates enterprise brands' third-party contractor networks, plus its Salesforce forms product Youreka.

Valsoft Corporation announced on July 10 that its Manos Software Group subsidiary has acquired Dispatch, a Boston-based platform that helps large enterprise brands manage networks of third-party contractors. Rather than selling directly to individual HVAC or plumbing shops, Dispatch sits one layer up: it connects a national brand, its contractor network, and the end customer on one system, centralizing scheduling and job data and syncing everything back into whatever CRM or field service software the brand already runs.

The deal also brings Youreka into Manos's portfolio, a Salesforce-native mobile forms tool Dispatch has owned since 2022 that field workers use to complete inspections and structured assessments, online or offline, with results syncing directly into Salesforce. Dispatch's existing customer base spans manufacturing, warranty work, home services, retail, and franchise networks.

Manos Software Group managing partner Joe Farruggia said the deal "builds directly on the expertise Manos has developed" in field service, positioning it as a continuation of an existing focus area rather than a new bet.

Why it matters to operators

This deal sits above the tools most individual contractors touch day to day, but it matters to anyone working under a national brand, franchise, or manufacturer's warranty network, since those are exactly the relationships Dispatch coordinates. It's also a data point on how consolidated field-service software is getting: a roll-up acquirer buying a platform that itself manages contractor networks for other brands is one more sign that the tooling layer behind home services is concentrating into fewer, larger owners, which shapes what integrations and pricing individual shops will see from the top down.
